What are the most unusual inventions the Russians wanted to patent this year, when it will be possible to obtain a patent for a 3D-model of the invention, how many kilograms of papers are analyzed daily by employees of the Office and how blockchain helps to reduce the processing time for applications - the head of Rospatent Grigory Ivliev answered these questions in his interview to RIA Novosti.
