An unregistered user of the website can send a message to Rospatent by filling out a special web form in the «Electronic form of receiving messages» section.

Registered users of the website can send a message to Rospatent from their personal account and then track the process of its review through the document management system of Rospatent, receiving relevant notifications to their own account. The account contains all the information about the citizen's enquiry and any follow-up decisions.
