Worked as a head of the legal department of the Ministry of Press of the Russian Federation, vice-chairman of the Board of the Russian Author's society, information officer of the assistant of the President of the Russian Federation, deputy head of the Federal Service for Television and Radio Broadcasting of the Russian Federation, deputy Principal for international relations of the Institute of International Law and Economics named after Griboedov, member of the Trial Chamber for Information Disputes by the President of the Russian Federation, deputy Director General of the Russian Patent and Trademark Agency.

Member of the Union of Journalists of Russia.

Doctor of Juridical Science, Professor.

Married, has a daughter.
